Jason Piasecki, Partner +
Baseball Fan, is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he
earned degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design. He started
ImageQuest Design in 1998 and has experience in every facet of web,
interactive and print marketing. In 2006, he founded Qonverge to
help clients find the "next big
thing" to market their company. Jason is a member of
the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, United Way of the
Lakeshore and Camp Pendalouan board of directors. He also chairs the
Mercy Health Partners Development Council Business Health Alliance
Committee. Jason leads Revel's web team. He is a
lifelong Detroit Tigers fan. His favorite baseball player growing
up was Kirk Gibson.

Don Kalisz, Partner + Jeep Driver, was previously the Owner of Relevant Branding, Marketing, and Advertising. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a BFA in Graphic Communication. He worked in the heyday of Fluid Design, a former Muskegon marketing agency for nearly six years before starting Relevant in 2006. Don recently served on the American Advertising Federation of West Michigan board of directors, chairs the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce Inclusion and Community Awareness Committee, and sits on several marketing committees. Don heads up Revel's design group, and he has been known to take unnecessarily rugged routes over curbs to show off his Jeep's suspension

Andy Maciejewski, Partner +
Meat Connoisseur, was previously a partner at Qonverge and owner of
Advanced Video Presentations. His experience producing digital
video and audio covers a wide cross section of the production
spectrum, including national music acts and syndicated television.
His clients have included large corporations, small businesses, and
schools. His current focus is on integrating video production with
emerging new media technologies. Andy directs
Revel's video department. He is particularly
fond of Mia & Grace's hand cured bacon.

Taylor Vanden
Hoek, Creative Director + Guitar Strummer, is a
graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg where she
received a BFA in Visual Communications. She has a wide array of
graphic design skills specializing in Web and print design,
typography and illustration. While at Revel, she has spearheaded
campaigns for AGS, Nichols and the Muskegon County Airport just to
name a few of her creative endeavors. Her guitar stylings are most
often compared to Irish songwriter/guitarist Glen Hansard.

Manager + Iced Tea Aficionado, is a graduate of Western Michigan

She was previously the Marketing Manager at MotorCity Casino in
Detroit where she gained significant experience in direct mail,
radio, television, print, online marketing, special events and
promotions. Tracey enjoys freshly brewed, unsweetened iced tea with

"Master" Garner, Senior
Producer, graduated from Grand Valley State University earning a
B.S. of Film and Video with a video production emphasis. He resides
in Grand Rapids, but genuinely enjoys his hourlong, NPR laden
commute to Muskegon. John has produced or assisted in the
production of local documentaries and independent films. His
organic garden and gray water system are the envy of his
co-workers.

Danielle Webb, Art Director + Sushi Critic, is a Western Michigan University graduate with a BFA in Graphic Communications, and a minor in Imaging. She has a keen eye for aesthetics, specializing in typography, packaging, print design, and photography. She enjoys creating mock-ups using clever materials and color pallets, and she wont stop until it's perfect. Every Tuesday Danielle treats herself to a sushi dinner, never store bought of course.

Marie Kar, Art Director +
Bargain Shopper, is a graduate of Northwestern University. She
loves to play around in Illustrator commanding objects and shapes
to conform to create eye-catching logos that speak to the mission
and unique selling point of an organization. Her background in
programming and web design also come in handy when creating HTML
email newsletters and e-blasts. Marie loves all facets of design
and has an eye for appealing layouts in many formats. As Marie
develops brochures, posters, stationery and websites she leaves a
small piece of her heart and passion on each page. She successfully
lobbied Revel management to make "Black
Friday" a paid holiday.

Corine Smith, Creative +
Movie Goer, is a Muskegon Native who recently graduated from Baker
College with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Communications with a
minor in Web Design. She is comfortable with print and digital
design and a few programming languages such as HTML, Perl, and has
some knowledge of JavaScript and ActionScript.

Matt
Keys, Web Developer + Handyman, brings nine years
of web design and development experience to Revel and is a former
VMware solutions builder. He is skilled in standards-compliant CSS,
XHTML, JavaScript and a variety of content management platforms.
When he's not banging out code he loves to cook, bake, work around
the house and longboard around town. A few of his recent home
improvement projects include installing new floating wood floors
and concrete counters. Matt joins our team of web developers
working on everything from maintenance on existing web sites to new
site developments.

Andy
Westmoreland, Web Developer + Live Music Fan,
built his first web page over 15 years ago and is relieved it no
longer appears in any search engine. Since then he has achieved
XHTML Zen, and a long stint in software testing gives Andy an eye
for usability making him a passionate client advocate. His
specialty is turning "impossible" designs into web sites using
standards compliant code, and bending JavaScript to his will. When
not being a code monkey, Andy likes to support the local music
scene, promote social justice and learn to ride the unicycle. He
also has a funny accent.

Ryan Slack, Software Developer + Human Canvas, is a graduate of Baker College with a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems and an Associate of Applied Science. After college he started advancing his career as a software developer, writing custom web and application logic to solve problems where no solution had yet to be found. It’s the thrill of creating something new with whatever technology he can get his hands on that pushes him to continually grow as a developer. Andrew Trzaska, Web Project Manager + Puzzle Solver, is a
graduate of Seton Hall University and holds a B.A. in Broadcasting
& Visual Media. He got his start working in admissions
recruitment at the university, and spent several years at WSOU, the
award-winning college radio station. Andrew has experience with
strategic communication, social media, audio production, content
creation and web site management. He is a self-described superhero
fanatic, and will also gladly take on any challenger in a game of
Scrabble. Andrew is responsible for Revel web project management
and facilitating changes to existing client web sites.
