Phases of Process
To ensure your objectives are met, our process includes the following phases:
Phase I: Research & Strategy
Great marketing starts by understanding the client’s situation, so we begin our research by asking questions: A lot of questions. We work to understand your goals, image and reputation, differentiating factors, audience, and project parameters. We research your intended audience, conduct focus groups (when time and budget allow) and surveys, and study the competition. We develop strategies for achieving desired goals effectively and memorably.
Phase II: Creative Exploration & Design Development
This is when we unleash our creative, intuitive genius. Through brainstorming exercises internally and collaborative discourse with each other and with you, we develop ideas to convey your core messages and push the project forward. Every choice, from words to layout and color to type size and style, is made with your goals in mind. Stand-out ideas in message approach and tactical design are developed and refined into multiple concepts. We present these to you for your feedback, and prepare then to begin the work of perfecting the components of your project.
Phase III: Project Management & Implementation
Even the most researched planning is meaningless without excellent execution. Throughout this phase, we are extremely critical, ensuring that every element advances the project goals and motivates action among target audience members. Content is planned and written and design goes from concept to code in order to complete the project. We check, double-check, and prepare for final production. We work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the finished product meets your (and our) standards of excellence.
Phase IV: Outcome Evaluation
Our work isn’t done after the project is delivered. You need to know how well it worked, and whether it continues to produce results beyond its immediate life cycle. We work with you to gather feedback, and evaluate not only how the process went, but also what’s behind the response from target audiences.
